Information We Collect

SABTRACK AI processes and secures the following types of data to deliver personalized fitness and nutrition tracking:

  • Account Data: Hashed email addresses and password credentials. These are securely routed and managed via our database hosting providers (Supabase Authentication).
  • Nutritional Logs: Details of meals tracked, description queries, portion sizes, calorie counts, and macro profiles.
  • Fasting & Weight History: Personal progress statistics, fasting duration logs, and weight history to calculate health charts and personal goal progress.
  • Uploaded Images: Meal and food pictures captured by you to perform AI-based nutrition estimation. These images are transmitted directly to Google Gemini APIs to parse nutritional components.
  • Health Connect Data (Android): With your explicit consent, we read step counts, active calories burned, and water records from Android Health Connect to keep your daily logs and progress charts in sync.

Health Connect Permissions & Limited Use

SABTRACK AI integrates with Android Health Connect to read daily steps, active calories burned, and water log data. This synchronization allows us to compile your consolidated daily dashboard and help you track active physical goals.

Mandatory Limited Use Compliance:
SABTRACK AI's use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Sale or Commercialization: We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Health Connect data to any third-party marketing networks, advertisement networks, data brokers, or information resellers.
  • Local & Private Sync: Health Connect data is accessed locally on your device and transferred strictly to your private account database to support cross-device synchronization.
  • No Profiling: We do not use Health Connect data to profile users or show targeted advertisements.

How We Use Your Data

Your personal information is used strictly to provide the core services of the app, including:

  • Rendering personal fitness dashboards, progress statistics, and analytics.
  • Calculating active calorie requirements and adjusting nutritional milestones.
  • Synchronizing logs in real-time across your authorized devices.
  • Providing shared space coordination for community groups and friend connections.

Third-Party Services & API Integration

We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal details to third-party advertising services. In order to provide key services, we partner with industry-standard secure services:

  • Supabase: For cloud data hosting, database integrity, and authentication APIs.
  • Google Gemini API: For processing meal image files and generating macronutrient breakdown values. Image files are not retained or saved by our server after analysis.

Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We honor your full rights over your data. At any time, you can wipe all your information from our database.

  • Immediate In-App Deletion: Clicking "Delete Account" inside the app settings instantly and permanently purges your user profile, nutrition logs, fasting logs, and weight metrics.
  • Web Requests: You can submit a manual deletion request online. Web requests are fully processed within 14 to 30 calendar days.
  • Compliance & Exception Logs: Minimal, anonymized request records may be kept temporarily solely for verification, security auditing, and fraud prevention purposes.

1. Use of AI Services & Disclaimer

SABTRACK AI provides nutrition estimates using artificial intelligence systems. These estimates are generated based on photo uploads and text inputs.

  • You acknowledge that AI estimations are predictions and may contain inaccuracies or variations.
  • The information provided inside this app is for tracking purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, consultation, or dietetic programs.
  • Always consult a certified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any intensive diet plans or fasting programs.

2. User Accounts

To access history features, profile tracking, and shared groups, users are required to sign up.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to perform actions that compromise the safety, integrity, or speed of our services. Prohibited actions include:

  • Bypassing Row-Level Security (RLS) backend database policies.
  • Uploading non-food photos or corrupted file assets engineered to disrupt analysis models.
  • Injecting malicious code or executing script automation against public endpoints.

4. Intellectual Property

SABTRACK AI, its original features, source code, app layouts, database designs, graphics, and system architecture are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties and belong exclusively to the application developers.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SABTRACK AI and its creators shall not be liable for any health complications, medical outcomes, dietary errors, incorrect macro estimations, or service disruptions arising from your use of the application.
