Account & Data Deletion
You have complete control over your personal data. Below are instructions to delete your SABTRACK AI account in-app or request deletion online.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you currently have the SABTRACK AI app installed on your device

Open App
Launch SABTRACK AI on your Android device

Profile Settings
Tap Profile tab > Settings icon (top right)

Account & Privacy
Select Account & Legal Settings

Delete Account
Tap Delete Account & confirm. Wipes data instantly.
Option 2: Submit Web Account Deletion Request
Use this form if you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in.
✅ Your deletion request has been submitted successfully! We will process your account deletion within 14 to 30 days and send a confirmation to your email.

Data Policy & Retention Details
As required by Google Play Data Safety Guidelines
Permanently Deleted Data
- User Profile: Name, registered email address, hashed password, and avatar.
- Fitness Logs: Step history, workout sessions, exercise reps/sets, and active calories.
- Nutrition Data: Logged meals, macro targets, food images, and water intake history.
- Progress Metrics: Weight logs, body measurements, fasting history, and badges.
- Social Data: Group memberships, friend connections, and referral links.
Data Retention Period & Exceptions
- Execution Timeframe: Deletion requests via web form are fulfilled within 14 to 30 calendar days.
- Immediate In-App Purge: In-app deletion purges database records immediately.
- System Security Logs: Anonymized server security logs may be retained for up to 30 days solely for security & fraud prevention compliance, after which they are permanently purged.
